Q. How are the pens shipped?

A. DANA LLOYD PENS ships all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority flat rate shipping, with the exception of orders that exceed USPS Priority flat rate shipping criteria. In these cases, UPS is used and shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the order. Please see our Policy page for additional information.

 

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

A. Yes. As with domestic shipping, DANA LLOYD PENS ships all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority flat rate shipping, with the exception of orders that exceed USPS Priority flat rate shipping criteria. In these cases, UPS is used and shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the order. For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please see our Policy page for additional information.

 

Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?

A. All of our Fine Writing Instruments are handcrafted when ordered. We carry no pre-made stock on hand. For all US and International orders, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for DANA LLOYD PENS to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. For international orders,  DANA LLOYD PENS is not able to estimate how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country. Q. Where can I buy refills for my pen?

A. DANA LLOYD PENS offers what we feel are the finest rollerball ink cartridges available for our Fine Writing Instruments. We have evaluated many replacement cartridges over the years and we believe the ink cartridges offered on our Accessories page will greatly enhance your writing experience. The Contempo and Elegante product lines use a Parker Style cartridge. Replacement cartridges are widely available, with varying degrees of quality. The Alegria product line is delivered with a Schneider Topball 850 ink cartridge. We find this equal to the quality of the Schmidt 888 replacement cartridge offered on our Accessories page.

 

Q. Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A. Not at this time.

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. For items damaged during shipping, DANA LLOYD PENS will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of your receipt. We are glad to offer you a credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned with the packaging slip & in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all Shipping & Handling costs of their purchases & exchanges and these charges are non-refundable. Q. I saw a pen on your site that I love, but it is no longer there... will you make a duplicate?

A. A Fine Writing Instrument may be discontinued for any number of reasons. For example, we may no longer be able acquire the components; or perhaps the materials no longer meet our quality standards.  Please email us at danalloyd@danalloydpens.com to discuss options.
