Dana Lloyd Pens Policies

 SHIPPING 

DANA LLOYD PENS ships all domestic and international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority flat rate shipping, with the exception of orders that exceed USPS Priority flat rate shipping criteria. In these cases, UPS is used and shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the order.

All of our Fine Writing Instruments are handcrafted when ordered. We carry no pre-made stock on hand. For all US orders, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for DANA LLOYD PENS to ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for DANA LLOYD PENS to ship your items. DANA LLOYD PENS is not able to estimate how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

 RETURN POLICY

For items damaged during shipping, DANA LLOYD PENS will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of your receipt. We are glad to offer you a credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned with the packaging slip & in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all Shipping & Handling costs of their purchases & exchanges and these charges are non-refundable. Please contact DANA LLOYD PENS [danalloyd@danalloydpens.com] for more information on exchanges. Be sure to include your Order Number in the Subject Line.

Please note: USPS flat rate shipping includes tracking. However,  DANA LLOYD PENS is not responsible for lost exchanges.

 PRODUCT QUALIFICATION

All DANA LLOYD PENS are handcrafted when ordered. DANA LLOYD PENS attempts to feature all of our products as a fair representation of the product you will receive. However, due to the varying nature of the woods and synthetic materials we use, our Fine Writing Instruments may vary slightly in color and shape. In fact, this is what makes each and every one of DANA LLOYD’s Fine Writing Instruments utterly unique.

In the event that DANA LLOYD PENS sells out of any particular item you have ordered, we will notify you via email of when the item will be back in stock and is expected to ship.
